没有单独的全奖学金的LETTER

我收到了英国那边大学的OFFER ，全奖，但是我现在只有这个UNCONDITIAONLA OFFER ，里面详细的说明对我资助，ORS+ £12,800，够我在那里的生活费了，但是我没有单独的奖学金的LETTER，不知道我这个OFFER里面的资金说明能不能证明我的资金了

I am pleased to inform you that you have been awarded an ORS award, this will cover the difference between the 'home' and 'overseas' tuition fees for up to three years (subject to your continued satisfactory progress).  You have also been awarded a University Studentship, which will cover your tuition fees at the ‘home’ rate and any Training Support Fee as well as providing an annual stipend of £12,800 (2008/9 rate) for up to three years (also subject to your continued satisfactory progress).

这样能通过VISA吗，是不是一定需要个奖学金证明了
