It is better to work for a large company than for a small company(周四作业) Recently, after the fulfillment of industrialization of our society, people are forced to encounter a variety of problems. Among these, one is the way you pick your job, that is, given a choice between a large company and a small one, which one do you prefer? Personally, I inclined to pick the latter. First of all, a small company creates a loose environment in which one could fully perform his or herself. In order to maximize profit, small companies usually tend to hire fewer employees. In this situation, each member has to take full responsibilities. And their work abilities are therefore largely enhanced by such complete and sometimes overweighted workloads. Large companies, to the contrary, provide modest job responsibilities for each position. For this sake, stuff working in large companies would never step up to the plate and take their full swings. Consequently, their career have been put into a stalemate, which to some extent-- an end. Secondly, if I picked small company, I can get more choices for myself. The number of small companies is totally surpass that of the large companies. This choice enables me to select a job that I favored most among thousands upon thousands job openings.
Thirdly,I choose small company as a priority because it make me feel less stressful. It is good for my mental health. Many people have a keen appetite for positions in large companies, multinational corporations to be specifically, because of the generous payments, inspiring bonus, and promising pensions they offered. As a matter of fact, it is not unusual that they have hundreds of candidates compete for one position in large companies. I am a mighty girl, yet this kind of competition could do nothing but only contributes to aggravate the strain of my mental effort. I cannot even bear a quick thought of that situation. It makes me feel exhausted. By and large, despite the appealing treatment provided by large companies, I prefer small companies for their opportunities for personal development, comfortable working ambiance and so on. |
