if you are interested in a school, just look it up on their website coz there are numerous colleges and universities in the u.s. and many give intl students FA or scholarship.
besides, it seems that you still need to know more about the most fundamental things about the whole school and application things, so I suggest you read those threads on the top of the forum and digests before asking questions.
