It is better to work for a large company than for a small company.

Facing with the job hunting, some people argue that a large company would be better for its convenient facilities and working environment. While others refute this thought by comfortable life in small companies. As to me, I tend to agree to work for a small company.

The most important reason to insist on working for a small company is that I could be provided with more opportunities than working for a large company. As we all know, large companies are full of talents thus it is hard to get a chance to be promoted, even though you are a talent as well. However, things are just on the contrary in small companies. Due to its small scale, it is difficult, even unrealistic for small companies to hire talents as many as the big ones do. So this means small companies would provide more opportunities for the people with strong comprehensive abilities. My friend is just a typical example. When graduated from the university, he joined a small company without any hesitation. Now he is one of the most outstanding managers in all of my classmates. Hence, small companies are more likely to provide people with a broader space to encourage them to behave what they are good at.

What's more, people who work in a large company would face heavier pressure than those who work in a small one. Due to the severe competition in the large companies, employers have to face more and more intense pressure. So it is normal for them to work overtimes to maintain their livings. Furthermore, large scale of dismissal is a characteristic especially for large companies, which would also increase the pressure of their employers. However, small companies are just on the opposite. Employers in small companies usually face less pressure, and they are able to live more comfortably with their family members. So it is better to work in small companies than in a large one.

In sum, due to its more opportunities and less pressures, work for a small company intrigues me a lot than work in a big one.
