Modern society has become more complex, so it is essential for the young people to have the ability to plan and organize. （2007.7.21,技术进步与成功类)

The complicated society now require more comprehensive ability than before.Therefore people set various schedules to ensure working efficiently. For people especially youth, who have glorious future before them, plan and organize ability is crucial to their current study and following work career.

My roommate used to be a man without any concept about planning. Getting up later in the morning and often miss many classes. His bookshelf and clothing cabinet are always in bad order. And he never consider his financial situation before purchase commodities. Therefore, before examinations he is always extremely busy and sometimes have to stay up late. It usually take him several valuable hours in finding a important reference book which is needed to prepare the examination. Sometimes his financial problem is so serious that in the examine weeks he can't even afford to print important materials for the subjects. As a result, he failed in almost all subjects and was rejected by the university as a senior students.

Maybe such a example is rather a bit too extreme. However, it indeed reflect the importance of an excellent plan.First of all, plan and organize are deciding factors because it provide us a clear goal as well as steps we should take. Things without a goal is like a boat sailing without compass. Without it, you will lose direction or waste time in meaningless activities. Just as the instance mentioned above, lacking a study plan lead to failure in almost every subject. If only my roommate would plan a rational schedule and execute it earnestly, I'm sure he could pass all the examinations and graduate from school.

In addition, matters done in order ensure that every part can take corresponding responsibilities. If any error or mistake take place, we can find the right place and solve it accordingly. It will greatly improve the efficiency especially nowadays most of the works are consist of parts. The earlier the youth expertise this ability, the better they could participate in working, and therefore, achieve success much easier.

To sum up, plan and organize will help people in their way to success or at least make sure working efficiently and thus lower the burden and stress from difficult tasks.
