Agree or disagree: Getting advice from the older friends is more valuable than getting advice from friends at your age. (2007.8.11)

Learning suggestions from the older friends could help the younger in various ways when living in the society. While sharing some experiences with the friends in contemporary could also benefit us in some ways .In personal opinion, Which way is more valuable is not depends on the age.
      The older, on average, are more informed and educated compared with the young, which had a more sophisticated level of contemplating and dealing with things. And we also need such educated people as many as possible. Thus getting advice from the older friends is a more sufficient and quicker way to adapting the world outside for us young. In return, The older could also absorb many new ideas and knowledge from their younger partners. Whose ideas or imaginations would shed a fresh light on their quiet dark lake. For example, When an new employee enter into a new company. One must be to some extent blind to the environment. While with the help of the older friends, He or She can manage the business more skilled and easier.
       On the country, Some older friends' advices are seemed to be not as useful as the friends at the same age, Take the same case of the new employee as the example, When we set into the same department, begin our works to be one part of a corporation. It's the contemporary who stand at the same state of us but not the older, the older, however, maybe our superior or even our boss, who had different interest and position from us , So how can we then have the same special experiences with them or getting any bits of private suggestions from them?
       Furthermore, Some older are sharing the same point of views as their own generation which may extremely distinct from our generation. Someone called it as the Gap of age. If this is true, Getting information from our brothers and sisters may seems to be more realistic and easier to be acceptable then learning from older as well as getting the advices from out own voice.
       To conclude, It is not the age that judge the criterion of adopting valuable advices, But the same experienced and the advances opinions which can be used in the reality which generated from any of our friends, no matter who is older or younger.
