提纲：
开头、在学科日益交叉的今天，要想在交叉学科比如：生物化学里有所突破就必须要有生物和化学两科的背景。相似的在全球化日益加深的现在，解决世界性难题需要对各国文化和发展有深刻的了解。但是全球性大学并不是最好的解决方案。
1、        目前世界性的社会问题有很复杂的原因并且对各国利益有复杂的影响，因此要想解决世界性问题一定要对各国有深刻了解。
2、        如果在现在对各国不了解而要解决问题会带来严重后果。举例非洲援助
3、        目前这些问题产生的根本原因是大家对社会、经济发展的认识还有一定局限性。很难站在一个全人类的高度看问题。而且目前的发展程度也不足以让全球成为一个整体，而只能在本国范围内生存。举例：欧洲的值得借鉴。
4、        我们应该在相互妥协的情况下解决这些问题，并且加快全球化进程直到我们意识到利益一致才是最好解决方案。
5、        以目前的情况，即使大家有这个想法，建立一个这样的大学也问题重重且收效甚微。
结尾：虽然全球性大学不是最理想的方案，但是它为我们提供了一种解决问题的思路，即解决国际性问题应该考虑到所有国家的利益。要想在发展过程中解决好这些问题，我们应该促进全球化直到全球真的成为一个整体。

If we want to have a good development in a cross discipline like biochemistry, we must learn both biology and chemistry well. And if we want to solve the world's social problems, we must know about these countries' people, cultures, and histories. But the development of a global university is not a good solution.

The reasons caused the world's most persistent social problems are not only various and complex, but also combined with the profits of different countries. In the proceeding of solving problems, we have to deal with these profits in a way of not hurting every country's people and their culture. We can not image a foreigner to be our president, so before tackling the world's social problems the exactly and carefully investigation must be achieved first.

Solving these problems without realizing the differences between countries will be resulted in failure. The aid to African is an excellent example of the ignorance of other countries turned an aid to a hurt. Developed countries and some of developing countries give Africans various kinds of aid: from foods to drugs. But this has no effect on these countries' development. People lived there are used to live on aids, what's more, they take these for granted. Instead of giving them foods we should help them to develop their own agriculture. We do not know the result of aiding for we do not live in African, but if we tried to recognize them or spent a little time with them, the outcome must be better.

Furthermore, what is the reason of these problems? It is because we still live in a single country that we can not handle problems on a higher level. We care about the economy, the political decision and the education most of our country. It is reasonable because our lives were affected by them, and other countries' development seldom changed our daily life. The European Union is an exception, the European countries in European Union are so connected that they have the same money, nearly same politics and some union of military. On this very foundation, they knew each other and protected each other for one is damaged; all others will be affected seriously. Thinking of the whole world turned out to be a union like European Union, there is no need to build a global university.

The best solution of the most persistent social problems will appeared as long as the whole world become one country or at least every country's profit is connected others, and we will not sacrifice others for ourselves, as it did in the case of European Union.

Even a global university is built; a large amount of problems will be brought with it. First of all, where should it be built in? As a global university, it must provide various knowledge and culture. But the country it built in will affect students the most. Secondly, how to make sure that students have the ability to solve these problems even they realized different culture and different profits. Last but not least, we certainly should turn ourselves to understand the others instead of teaching our children to do so. In a word, the development of a global university is unpractical.

Although the found of global university certainly can not give us a better world, but it support that the whole world's development need our compromise and cooperation. The proceeding of globalization must be accelerated. When the world becomes one family, these persistent problems will be disappeared.
