Seeking advice when dealing problems or making choices helps a lot. And yet people often stick themselves to certain groups, say, friends of their own ages. As an outgoing youth who long for hints coming from different men with isolate background, I consider it rather silly.

Certainly, people found friends of their own ages more congenial, for contemporaries, who are influenced by identical culture and ideology, often share similar philosophy.  They're probably facing the same troubles belong to the same ages. Thus, agreement is more likely to be made. Not like older friends who encountered so long ago that their hints might be outdate, friends of your age know exactly what you're going through, thus are able to offer consolation and proper advices. Miho, a 27 year old office lady, gave up the opportunity to a promotion. Because she needs adequate time to be with her family, which the new job just couldn't give. The advanced colleagues and her parents do not understand such decision, for work comes first in the mind of the older Japanese who lived under the shadow of post-war. But she gained confidence to stick to her choose from her university friends who believe there are plenty of things which worth heavier than working in life.

But these should not be the excuse that we could despite hints of our older friends. In fact, one will lose so much and end up regretful if she does such silly things. The elders got experience. Although world changes, makes some of their advices fitless, and yet there are still so much to learn from them. Otherwise memos will lose their values. That's why I like to talk to older people, from a man who had eaten bread much more than the sugar you have, you can hear so many stories to open your mind. Through time they withstood various things, gained multiply knowledge, and are able to offer hints of wisdom. I'm sure there are always things that wouldn't corrupt through time, such like honest, love, and respect, and these are the things the older are always capable to be counseled.

Nice young people are accidents of nature, wise old people are the works of art. As for me, there is no way I should miss any advices of both.

comes first 我觉得和weight the most importance意思一样
那个sugar和bread的例子是我杜撰的囧
