请教Rutgers的财力证明表格怎么填?

我要申请Rutgers和UMDNJ联合办学的一个program，要求申请时递交财力证明，下面是他们财力证明表格上的一段说明。第一句说要提供第一年费用的账户证明，我有。但是第二句又说要表明具有完成整个学业的财力证明，他用了indicate这个词，我不知该如何indicate，怎样证明呢，我没法在银行开具足够5年学习的账户证明，只有一年的，但是他这里又这么说，真不知该怎么办，所以到这里来问问大家，知道的XDJM告诉我吧。还有就是。。。我已经把除了财力证明的其他材料寄到学校了，如果我不寄财力证明，他们会审那些材料吗？

For the first full year of study, available funds on account must be certified in the minimum amounts specified below for the year 2008 (amounts may vary and are subject to increases). For the second and subsequent years necessary to complete the degree program, you must indicate the source(s) of projected funds to support your study. For this purpose, you must show the amounts and sources of funding below. Only Rutgers support already committed may be cited. Sponsors pledging support must commit to the minimum amounts cited for each year.

Send the Affidavit of Support and certification of funds with the application. Even if the department recommends admission, financial documentation is required before official documents, including admission certificate and I-20 form, can be issued.

另外，想问问U Illinois Champion 的财力证明真的要求在校期间直到毕业的全部费用吗，我要申PHD岂不是很惨？下面还是他们财力证明上的原话。

You are required to submit current evidence that you will have at least as much money as is described below for the entire length of time you plan to study on this campus.
