在读证明TAMU是否接受?

偶今年大三,打算明年申请TAMU的school of rural public health的流行病学~~不是想当早起鸟什么的,只是对于一搬大四学生来说还算比较空的明年九月,偶已经很郁闷的在医院里实习三班倒了,所以趁现在还有空所以早点准备材料什么的.
本打算申请10FALL,可是明年那个时候还没有学位证呢,于是就发信过去问他们家的小米在读证明可不可以用,并且重点说了下WES接受这个的认证,结果今天收到回信超级郁闷:
Unfortunately, we will need the official degree statement before your application can be reviewed. Since our deadline for the Fall is March 1st, it sounds like your best option would be to wait until the Spring to apply so that you can get all the necessary documents in to be reviewed.
那也就是说在读证明不能用咯?只能申请春季的那多讨厌啊~~~虽然我明年申请,不过这种要求应该不会每年都变化吧~~各位大人怎么办~~~偶很中意那个学校的


这貌似是TAMU招生上关于学位证明的说明:
If you have passed all the requirements for your degree, including the completion of your internship, you should have a provisional degree statement. All International students must have an official transcript and an official conferred degree statement (not provisional) with their application in order to be considered for admissions
