Issue 103: the study of history has value only to the extent that it is relevant to our daily lives.

提纲：1、研究历史是为了给人类指引一条更加光明的道路—借鉴
      2、历史的价值范围不只局限于日常生活
         身份证明—归属感
         为科技发展奠定基础
         展望未来

When mentioning history, people always enter into a debate that what its value ever is. Some one indicate that it is only involved in our daily lives, however, I should say history is like a polyhedron that reflects various ways of activities, not just limits in daily life.

To begin with, to study history is to guide human beings to a better road. History reflects events as a mirror that shows us what we should do and what we could draw for experience thus we could make our work effective and efficient. As reference, history not only enlightens the way to our future, but also avoids similar mistakes that have taken place. At the time of Tang dynasty, China was considered as heaven states because of the advanced production technology and liberal political environment, every year many countries around China sent their emissaries and students to learn cultures, strategy of governing country, and production technology. This situation especially resembles the modern United States, and we are all attracted by the plentiful culture and freedom academic atmosphere so that we are preparing for studying abroad in USA. One famous war that occurred in old China between Qing and Zhao was called engaging in idle theorizing teaches us discussion is according to the fact.

However, the idea that the value of history is just relevant to daily life seems limited. The extent of research on history almost refers to everywhere of our life. From the angle of nations, history is treated as national identity that represents the sense of national pride and confidence which plays a vital role to one country. No doubt it is the evidence of ancestors’ industry and courage, the precious treasures leaving by ancestors, the most valuable heritage that offspring should engrave in their minds. The American people will never forget heroes who sacrificed for independence, democracy, freedom and justice; they will forever remember President Washington, President Lincoln, President Franklin, Martin Luther King and such giants.

From the angle of medicine, the history can be the foundation that build more advanced tomorrow. Compendium of Materia Medica, a pharmaceutical text written by Li Shizhen during Ming dynasty is regarded as the most complete and comprehensive medical book ever written in the history of traditional Chinese medicine. With the publication of the Compendium of Materia Medica, not only did it improve the classification of how traditional medicine was compiled and formatted, but it was also a great medium in improving the credibility and scientific values of biology classification of both plants and animals. It provides an essential valuable database of the development of botany, zoology, chemistry and geology and means a milestone of medicine.

Overall, history which is like an wisdom of elder teaches us the way of searching for better condition, the way of thinking and the way of self-examination. It is important as root to plant and sunshine for flowers, and to be the capacity for a better future.

我觉的这篇还是比较好写的，限制比较少，应该写的挺HIGH吧
