今天惊喜地收到了一个offer,WSU，Washingtong State University EECS的。其他的还在
waiting中。

对这个offer, 关键是有以下两个问题请教：

1 这个钱能去吗？够么？
关于钱的就这么一段-----
The position pays a salary of $1,374.50 per month.  The assistantship will cov
er most of your tuition/fees (approximately $9000 per semester) provided you r
eside in the state of Washington during your time of employment.  In addition,
the package includes a health insurance benefit worth over $752.50 per semest
er. You will be responsible for payment of general tuition and various mandato
ry fees and expenses (estimated $900.00 per semester).  The appointment begins
on August 16, 2009 so you should make arrangements to report by that date.

2 这个offer有deadline!---2月6号！
怎么说好呀？不是说4月15号之前回答就行吗？他要deadline,但是偶们都要等其他学校的
呀！！

大家准备怎么处理？啥建议不？

据个人调查，要是那tuition不包括在你的salary中的话，应该够用了的说！

不过要答复的时间也太紧了，lz综合考虑吧！其实Washington这个州很不错的，学校也可以

先谢过大家，不过偶又把那个看了个遍，还有如下几个问题：

说I wish to offer you a one-half time　Teaching Assistant (20 hours per week) appointment。大家注意这个one-half time, 指多少时间？

然后才说这个position每个月1374.5刀，而且说 The assistantship will cov
er most of your tuition/fees (approximately $9000 per semester) provided you r
eside in the state of Washington。。。这样的话，是说包括学费吗？还是学费全免，另外每个月给1374.5刀？

还有，说In addition, the package includes a health insurance benefit worth over $752.50 per semester，这个752.5应该是不包括在 1374.5刀里面的吧？

还有一个问题：You will be responsible for payment of general tuition and various mandato
ry fees and expenses (estimated $900.00 per semester). 这个是说我自己每个学期还要付900刀？？？？

最后一个问题：Barring extraordinary circumstances, our offer assumes that you will complete your degree at WSU and, provided funds are available, we will support you financially while you finish your education. 这个是说，这个钱还是不够偶读完书的，要等他有fund了才行？？？那如果这个教授没有找到fund,那偶怎么读下去嘛？？？？

第一个offer，有些不懂，请大家指教。。。
