TOEFL分一直送不到怎么办?

UVa和BSU通知说TOEFL成绩一直没到,结果发信问了ETS两次,回信都是这样的:

大家帮忙看一下,这个信是什么意思,下面应该怎么办呢?
是不是应该直接打电话去美国ETS那边问呢?

请你直接打NEEA的联系电话，总部就在北京。不要给ETS写信，效率太低了。中国大陆地区的托福事务都是通过NEEA管的，所以还不如直接给他们打电话！！！不要给ETS写信，他们看到中国的都不会管的。现在马上过年了，估计要等些时候才会有人管这件事了……Good Luck！
