On the other hand, if now we can anticipate the potential problems which probably happened one day in the future, there is no way for the government evading the responsibility of solving them as earlier as possible. It always be too late to attach importance to those previously served as latent problems until they became hot ones to our community, country, as well as the whole world. The SARS event is just an apt illustration. I clearly remember the horrible situation that year in 2003: hundreds of thousands of people’s lives were deprived by this kind of epidemic sickness. Many countries, especially Chinese government, almost mobilize very available method to save patients’ lives. I concede that every of them really did well in responding the immediate problem at that moment, however, we sill have to realize the fact that the original coarse of SARS dues to people’s unhealthy living habits. As it turns out, government had to pay a much higher price to make up for the destroyed zoologic balance and restore the demolished terrain. Put the recent problems’ solutions on the cost of more problems of future, is justly like the behavior that “cut a tree, for getting the fruits”. From this point, I find that government should not be merely derived by the shot-term interest.

As I have discussed above, we can draw the conclusion that both of the immediate problems of today and the anticipated ones of the future are equally prominent to our government. To win the favor of the public, to construct a more harmonious society, and to leave more wonderlands to our next generations, it is necessary for every government stands on a higher altitude, with a broader insight.
