  Should all nations help support the development of a global university designed to engage students in the process of solving the world's most persistent social problems, as the speaker claims? As far as I am concerned, though there are several problems in the built of universities as the speaker asserts, it is necessary and helpfuf to such a kind of university for we human are facing increasingly crisises together.
  Admittedly, I concede that many of difficulties exist in founding the global university. Consider, for example, the primary problem is the supporting fund that may not affordable for all nations in the world, especially the poverish counties whose population are small and revenues of their countries is much less than the developed countries. That is to say, it is not fair and unefficient for them to invest such universities which leads to that nations may disagree with the assertion. Another probles is that resource of its students, due to the stunning diffence in population among the world, some countries probably involved the embassary that they have no students who is quality to go to the university, obviously that nations also may not in favor of the suggestion.
  However, though there are so many problems in the rebulition of global university, we should persit to support the development of such universities after  balancing the advantages and disadvantages. With the development of the world, the economics of each country have knited together, which result in various problems that always endanger the health of world' advance. For example, recently the financial crisis which deccelerate the speed of increase of economics all over the world. Accordingly, many adults losed their jobs and have no ability to live by themselves--which can make the rate of crime enhanced. No matter  whatever others may said, we have to agree that the financial crisis is so serious that no country can adress it alone which require us human to get together to solve it. Grounded in this, the global universities is qualified and able to participate in healing the crisis in that the students in global universities are more familiar with the world's problems. Simply put, when faced with the global crisis, it is advisable to ask help from the global university.
  Moreover, there are not only the economic problems but also many probless of other fields which are perious to us. Here is a case in point to illustrate my  position. The serious and tough problem--pollution--which has been proved that it can have negative impact on the environment all the world. For instance, the polution of ocean whose 污染物 can flow with the currents and finally destory the scope of other sea. At the same way, this problem has the similarity with the global economic crisis, therefore the students from global universities who are more skillful in the solution of the world's persistent problems can be more effective in the process of making up it. Turn our attention to another problem--global warming, which is as same as the polution of ocean, can be solved much better than the people graduate from other kinds of colleges and universities. In a word, undoubtly students from global universities have more advantage to find out the approach of global polution.
  To sum up, it is true that there are some problems and difficulties in the repuliation of global universities, nevertheless we have admit that global universities could bring us more benefit for us which can help human live more comfortable than ever.
