waltham,boston sublease from 5/10-8月底

我是brandeis的学生，由于本人暑假回国，sublease在waltham的一个房间。The room is available since 5/10-8月底,I will be back at end of Augustlocation:Main Street Waltham$500/m(normally we pay the utilities but since I need you to pay me before I fly back to China) including the utility however you should pay me in advance,I don't like not trusting people but I have to.


房子宽敞，有所有家具：台灯桌，台灯，书桌，衣柜，床和床垫。共用冰箱，微波炉，水壶，可以用我的厨房用具等。厨房和卫生间共用，室友一个是越南女孩（暑期应该不在），一个是台湾男孩（暑期会在这边继续上课），都是我的同学，文静爱干净。走路3分钟有大型超市hannaford，5分钟大概到CVS和walgreens，出门可以坐巴士70、70A在半小时到达boston central square和havard square，免费转乘地铁到boston downtown/chinatown开车可以到达costco，wrenthem outlet，SUPER88，金门超市等地
