Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
Drivers should pay a fee to be allowed to drive on the city streets during the time when there is the greatest amount of traffic. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.(07.1.14)

I believe that drivers should be charged to be allowed to drive on the city streets during rush hour because of two reasons.

First, charging drivers leads some drivers to give up some unnecessary driving out during rush hour, which can decrease the amount of traffic. A survey has shown that the number of people who have cars is rapidly increasing, which have brought not only convenience but also traffic congestion. People like driving for fun in the street, like driving in rush hour for a dinner even the restaurant is very near and so on. These really increase the amount of traffic and make the public transport worse. If people are charged to be allowed to drive on the city streets during rush hour, many people might share one car or take a bus for dinner, even walk on feet, instead of driving. Then the traffic during rush hour would not be worse, and even the amount of traffic would decline. There is a possibility that environment becomes better because of less cars are on roads, or the number of traffic accidents would decline.

Second, the fee charged from drivers can be used in many ways to help solve traffic problems during rush hour. For instance, governments use the money to widen roads, build more traffic lights and traffic signs, and employ more traffic cop or people to direct the traffic. Also, using the money, governments propagandize the importance of complying with the traffic rules, which is very important. No one can deny that all of these are really helpful to solve traffic problems.

In conclusion, drivers should be charged to be allowed to drive on the city streets during the time when there is the greatest amount of traffic.

First, charging drivers leads some drivers to give up some(去掉太繁琐了) unnecessary driving out during rush hour, which can decrease the amount of traffic. A survey has shown that the number of people who have cars is rapidly increasing, which have brought not only convenience(pollution) but also traffic congestion. People like driving for fun in the street,(or) like driving in rush hour for a dinner even the restaurant is very near and so on. These really increase the amount of traffic and make the public transport worse. If people are charged to be allowed to drive on the city streets during rush hour, many people might share one car or take a bus for dinner, even walk on feet, instead of driving. Then the traffic during rush hour would not be worse(will be better比较通顺点), and even the amount of traffic would decline. There is a possibility that environment becomes better because of less cars are on roads, or the number of traffic accidents would decline.

I believe that drivers should be charged to be allowed to drive on the city streets during rush hour because of two reasons.

First, charging drivers leads some drivers to give up some unnecessary driving out during rush hour(读起来很奇怪 建议简短点 比如charging drivers 就可以直接用charging代替), which can decrease the amount of traffic. A survey has shown that the number of people who have cars is rapidly increasing, which have brought not only convenience but also traffic congestion. People like driving for fun in the street, like driving in rush hour for a dinner even the restaurant is very near and so on.(like可以不用 people drive for fun……觉得逻辑有点不通啊……) These really increase the amount of traffic and make the public transport worse. If people are charged to be allowed to drive on the city streets during rush hour, many people might share one car or take a bus for dinner, even walk on feet, instead of driving. Then the traffic during rush hour would not be worse(你是想表达better吧), and even the amount of traffic would decline. There is a possibility that environment becomes better because of(of删去) less cars are on roads, or (furthermore)the number of traffic accidents would decline.

Second, the fee charged from drivers can be used in many ways to help solve traffic problems during rush hour. For instance, governments (加个can might什么的会比较好)use the money to widen roads, build more traffic lights and traffic signs, and employ more traffic cop or people to direct the traffic. Also, using the money, governments propagandize the importance of complying with the traffic rules, which is very important. 这个是从哪体现出来的?我看不出……No one can deny that all of these are really helpful to solve traffic problems.

In conclusion, drivers should be charged to be allowed to drive on the city streets during the time when there is the greatest amount of traffic.
觉得LZ第二段的逻辑有点问题
大家一起努力吧
