U. of Toledo?
The scholarship is high around 2000$/month. As for the rank, I don't know. I know one Chinese friend studying there. ( There are some Chinese in that program) I don't know details about it. I think it is OK.

It is the medical center of  the U. of Toledo. It is not in the main campus, but not far, just 2 miles from Main campus. Go there if there is no other good offers.

还有一个其他的，不过方向是biology, 就是因为听说Toledo的biomedical science还不错，可是也没有什么具体的了解，加上我比较喜欢这个专业方向，所以想看看有没有xdjm了解Toledo biomedical science的，交流一下。

我觉得你要想做学术，毕业后做postdoc，你就去吧，总之是几乎找不到其他工作的，排名不太高，如果有更好的，就去别的地方，气候很冷，也就是工资稍微好一点。
