Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People can learn more from watching television than reading books. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
television:
vivid, listen

passive

books: systematic,
disagree
2105-2136

From which medium can we learn more--televisions or books? Different people may respond to this question variously, according to their distinguished characters, personal experiences and even educational backgrounds. As far as I'm concerned, although television is quite vivid in learning, books are more important in the process of learning because books are more systematic,
more convenient, and sometimes we can only use books in order to get some knowledge.

Admittedly, televisions are of great importance when we are learning something. As we know, by providing vivid videos and sound, television can make the process of study more interesting.

However, in my opinion, the advantage of books can outweigh that of televisions. Firstly, knowledge in books is more systematic than that in television. For example, if we want to learn the relative theory proposed by Einstein, it's better for us to refer to the books that depicts and explains it systematically. Thus, we can see that books are systematic.

Secondly, to study by using books is more convenient than by using televisions. Books are small and portable, so we can take them here and there with a bag. And whenever we want to study, we can simply take the books out. On the contrary, a television is too heavy to be carried here and there.

Last but not least, sometimes we can acquire some information only through referring to books. Because some precious data were only recorded in books, under such a circumstance, we cannot depend on a television to provide us such information.

From what has been discussed above, we can easily reach the conclusion that although television is important in study, books are more significant when we study.

Thus, we can see that books are systematic.(我怎么觉得LZ的例子表现不出书的systematic呢 还是要具体再阐述一下吧)

Secondly, to study by using books (很奇怪的用法 用studying by books如何?)is more convenient than by using televisions. Books are small and portable, so we can take them here and there with a bag. And whenever we want to study, we can simply take the books out. On the contrary, a television is too heavy to be carried here and there.
