With the development of the society in recent year, attitude or some values people hold are much different from the ones in the past. Speaking of the ability to cooperate with other, I believe that it become more important today and play an essential role in our daily lives. There are several reasons for my perspective.
In the first place, cooperation is a common phenomenon in modern society.
As we all know, the capacity and the life for an individual is limit, it’s a common sense that human being is not omnipotent. The possibility for an individual to complete a task all by him or herself is fewer and fewer, in fact, we can find the cooperation among the people throughout the world in all aspects. A building to construct, a company to manage, a book to publish and so many other big event to hold like that, all of which could not work out smoothly without the effort of the people all together. Comparing with the past, for the reasons that the work was easier and it would not involve vary knowledge which couldn’t be got in a person’s whole life. That is to say, the ability to cooperate with other well is more important today than in the past because of the advanced technology which is too hard for a one person to master enough.
More importantly, the internet comes with the invention of the computer brings a revolution to the modern people and provide a convenient and quickly channel to cooperate, there is no distance, no accident to prevent the communication so most people would choose to put as much as possible wisdom and strength together to gain the victory. In that case, the people who are short for the ability to cooperate would lose in the competition in the society. So this is the second reason that the ability to cooperate with other well is more important with the competition become stronger today.
In addition, the cooperation, also can say the teamwork, would enlarge the member’s horizon and promote their sense of responsibility, which is also helpful for them to adjust and improve themselves today.
In conclusion, modern society is abundant in first-class and continuously updating technology, comparing with the powerful outside world; a human is so small to live alone. Human being is a sort of gorgeous animal since they exist on the earth, so we need cooperation and we need it more eager today.
