Nowadays, when it comes to a vital topic of whether it is wise to finish a project and then start another rather than finish several projects at the same time, there are always diverse viewpoints among the general public in society. For my honesty, it is hard to say which method is much more scientific, it depends on what kind of projects they are.
To begin with, there is little doubt that doing several projects at the same time is quite efficient. As a matter of fact, human's brain can be separate into two cerebral hemispheres. Scientists suggested that if we can use one part at times, then change into using another hemisphere, the efficient(efficiency) can be enhanced. Accordingly, students have several classes on different disciplines everyday, and it is astonishing if they study a project for a whole day. I read once in a book that inventors are quite enjoying doing different projects at one time. Most of their inventions are enlighten by accident. It is widely know(known) that Newton's law of universal gravitation was discovered after an apple falling on his head. The idea of icecream still contrived when a child put milk into a refrigerator. Provided those inventors were sitting in their office, thinking about what the next invention can be, those significant discoveries may not be found. Consequently, we can say that doing several projects at the same time is an efficient way of solving problems.
However, every coin has two sides. Provided there is a relation among projects, it is wise to put them in sequence. An adage says that, we can not run before grasping how to walk. As a result, we should learn the elementary skills at first, and then get down to superior projects step by step. For example, everybody (is)eager to get a high score on IBT test, some of them clearly know that the vocabulary is the basic skill to be instilled, others hurry to practice skills on reading, listening, speaking and writing. I am the latter one, until I realize that if vocabulary is limited our chance to success is limited recently. I regretted doing those practices before reciting words. Under circumstances like this, doing projects in sequence is a sensible choice.
For the reasons presented above, I strongly believed that people should analyze projects before making a plan. If projects are related, try to finish them in sequence. If they are not relative, and several of them should be finished in limit time, it is wise to finish them together for being more relaxing and efficient.
