NTU MSc(Electronics)还是GIST(MicroE)？

昨天中午NTU的shortlisted了，下午GIST发Offer of Admission Letter了。。。
GIST 4月底就要答复，还要交reservation fee，估计等不到NTU变ad了。。。
有点迷茫，不知该如何选择。。。
现在大四，微电子专业，设计工艺都有涉及，个人偏向工艺。。。
考虑了很多，课程设置、学费、毕业后在新加坡工作或是继续去其他国家学习等等。。。
我知道这是个仁者见仁智者见智的问题，但还是想听听各位的想法。。。
