    Although there are some students who failed to take the test due to some internal factors such as their genes or their social status, characteristics and so forth, more students did not get the high score just because of some external factors such as lack of motivation of study, adopting inappropriate learning approach or teacher's inefficiency teaching and so on. Focus on the school education, besides some internal factors, student's performs largely depend on the contribution of teachers. There are several reasons to support this view from the vision of teacher, student and pedagogy.

        It was common sense that teacher is a professional person who is responsible for imparting knowledge to children before. Post-modernism , however, advocates teacher should be a researcher who is not only help students to learn but also make them grow up well to the point of perfect human-being. Anyway, teacher is created for meeting the society's needs, imparting the valuable experiences and helping children be good adult. As considering the origination of teacher, students' performs should be attribute to him\her.
       
        From the perspective of student, teacher is a special man who is knowledgeable even a saint since the ancient times. They believe in teacher's talk and respect them. As a matter of fact, most children prefer to obey with teacher's order than their parents'. Undoubtedly, the effectiveness of teacher's teaching exert directly effect on students' performs, even teacher's good characteristics may influence the students' affection, behaviour and academic performs potentially. So it's definitely that students' performs demonstrated the effect of teachers' teaching, though some students refuse to learn because of themselves and their parents.
       
        As for pedagogy, it refers to the theories of teaching and learning. The nature of pedagogy is to believe in it's possible for us to find the rules of teaching and contribute them to guide teachers be better one. Most studies show that teacher's characteristics, good quality, teaching behaviour, teaching affection and teaching approaches influenced the student's performs. Teachers education researcher has put out lots of model to train the pre-service and in-service teachers on improving their teaching skills, increasing their expertise and making progress of their teaching outcomes. "There is a good teacher, there is a good student." It's a proverb demonstrating the importance of teachers on students' performs. In a word, teacher should be paid according to their students' performance.
