Teachers have been respected for centuries, and there are plenty of words to describe how bigness teachers are, such us educators are laborious gardeners. However, there is a vehement debate on formulating a new payment rule for teachers according to their students' performs. For my honest, teachers are willing to enlarge knowledge for students, and their hard work can not be measured by money, which means it is not equal to paid them according to their students' performs.

To begin with, although a few teachers are not responsible for their work, most of educators are worth to respect. It is quite common for teachers to repeat speaking the same thing for hundreds of time, and they still correcting the same homework year in and out. Being a designer looking for challenge and new inventions, I quite admire educators' spirit on teaching. Honestly, my mother has been a teacher in a university for more than 20 years. She devotes all of her energy on her job. Working overnight for correcting a mass of papers, preparing teaching materials too serious to forget preparing dinner, grasping every opportunity of getting internship for certain students, she did whatever she could for them. Most of her students would not know how hard my mother tried, but I saw it, know it, and my respect for teachers enhanced. I believe all of teachers are as diligent as my mother is, accordingly, they should be equally treated and paid.

Furthermore, in my viewpoint, students' performs can not measure teachers' work. No one can deny that students' intellect is diverse from each other, at the same time, their credit also depending on their effort. Teacher only can obtain knowledge to students, and the rest of learning is relies on students. For instance, sitting in a class with same teachers, under no circumstance, students would not get the same score on every curriculum. In consequence, students' performs is not a suitable method on measuring teachers' work.

There is little doubt, however, that some teachers are not responsible for their student. Helping students cheating on examination, playing PC game in class, and even beating students, those cases astonished the society. We can find a majority of supervising methods other than paying salary on students' performs, including establishing apartment to administer teachers and organizing teachers to listen to other class by making scores and advice.

For the reasons presented above, I strongly contradict the statement that educators should be paid according to their students' performs. Facing students' bad behavior we should not always blame teachers', and for measuring teachers' work, more sensible methods should be found.
