出租房屋 OSU附近 bonus provided

hey all,
I have a nice mid-size bedroom in university village and want to
sublease it. Here is the floorplan:

1. Free shuttle to campus and free parking. Our apt is 10 seconds away
from shuttle stop # 2 ,one minutes away from shuttle stop #3, 5-7
minutes walk to cota bus stop 7 18 and 84.
2. Rate is 248$ per month plus 48 utility fee. The other things you
need to pay is electricity and Internet fee. It's around 25$.
3. Laundry room is just across the drive.
4. My room gets two windows, one facing south, one facing west. So you
can get sunlight all day long. Moreover, I have two closet in my room.
5. You will get superb female roommate, so only female applicant please.

   总体来说，UV是新生（研究生）的首选。比较学校的Apartment要便宜很多，又能做饭，而且交通便利（有免费班车），买东西也很方便（超市就在门口），而且中国人也多，比如说周末师兄师姐带着去中国店也很方便。

如果你能从5/15号开始take lease， 我会给你200$的bonus。

P.S. 如果你是夏季入学，你在国内找的室友是秋季，正好可以租我室友的房子，因为她在8月也要搬走。
