As all of us are seeing, we human beings are facing varies of crisis now, such as poverty in developing countries, population boom of the world, global environment deteriorated and so forth. Thus, it is vital for government to focus on these problems and try their utmost to solve them. If a government is merely taking an eye on what will happen instead of what are happening, people’s life will be more and more uproarious and in turn the government cannot manage what are supposed to be, and at last, even the regime will be perturbed. That is to say, satisfying citizens’ basic requirement is inevitability primary as a government’s policy.


Meanwhile, seeing from history anger, present problems in contemporary society are derived from future problems in the past time and at the same time some future problems are results from what we can not totally solving at present. The development of society is a way more to exacerbate unsolved problems than to create new problems. That is to say, to many extents, future anticipated problems have equal importance for government, as solving the original of a crisis is much easier than solving a developed one. However, in contemporary policy system, a large number of demos or even some governments’ answer is solving immediate problems when facing an election between economic and sustainability even they know their choice might lead to a vicious circle to social ameliorate. Thus, it is not easy for government to solve problems that we can not benefit from its results soon. Even this, I always argue that it is our responsibility to bring a well protected earth to our children.

Consequently, government should be far-sighted enough to recognize what will come into being serious problems in future as the role of a commander of public resources distribution. Many problems would be easy to solve at the beginning, so taking visible and suitable eyes on the anticipated problems is also vital to government. Such politics sometimes are being called sustainability development, which is a way of using with protecting and creating, such as environment and energy issues. Nowadays many governments are blamed for roughly cutting trees to get economic interests and leave a dessert behind. In essence, people are testing the effect alone-less trees and more deserts. And for energy, the oil well to content burgeon private cars demands then are now becoming a vaccine pore to express human’s greedy.


In short, since problems in the future may be worse if we do not deal with them present, both of the temporary and future problems are needed attention from government.
