51"Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

大致观点,同意题目的说法,教育以人为本,但这种truly effective 的教育理念在现有的条件下不易实现。
1。为每个人的兴趣需要开展的教育能够早日发掘出此人的潜能和天质,尤其对于在某方面有禀赋的人。
2。这种教育因为要尽量满足每个人的需要,会更好的关注阻碍个人取得成功的个性上的缺点,从而更早纠正。
3。考虑到现在的社会资源在各方面分配置的平衡,不可能有足够的人力的精力来实现社一理念,但可以作为现在教育改革的方向。


It is an ideal goal of education to be designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.After all,education is for individual's intellectual improvement,thus doing good for the development of the whole society. Individual education, if possible, will be the truly effective way  to achieve the diversity and prosperity of the whole society by providing what students need and interest in.

Every student is distinctive among all the recipients of education, thus ,instead of teaching them all the same kind of knowledge in the same manner,case education are superior by impacting according to their special talents. Admit it or not ,a human's energy is limited, by temporary life span and roomy space. So for a genius who beholds much more abilities and ideas than others, their schedule
is really tight to probe their talent and create more products for the offsprings.Considering this , the traditional educating style is a waste of energy for the genius and a big shame for the society.There is a saying goes that we cannot teach a bird to swim or a fish to fly,but we can teach the bird to fly higher and the fish to swim faster. A born artist, if is taught how to deal with mathematics indoors without go everywhere to experience life and stimulate their creativity, will end up being a common person no one will remember. The right instructing direction which matches the interest of the student is essential to make full use of everyone's feature,especially those geniuses' and to deploy human intellectual resource effectively.

Meanwhile ,everyone's different disadvantages, both physical and mental, hinder him or her from achieving final success. Individual education, by providing students what they need is the most effective way to compensate their disadvantages and to achieve success they deserve. The impacting style applied in Hellen Keller is a case in point. Her home schooling teacher shed light on the future famous writer, by inducing her to feel the nature by touching the outline of leaves and to read other's emotion by touching their lips,since she was physically disabled without seeing or  hearing. And there are many students whose disadvantage are more invisible than Hellen kellers, such as shyness or diffidence. In this case, more focus on individuals and early help to overcome these barriers are the most superior features of individual education.

Admittedly, the nowaday's social condition is not mature enough to realize such an ideal goal, because the implement of this idea need more social human resource and funding than the society could bear under the balance of  deployment of social resources in each respect of social life. But we can see some signs which proving the direction, such as the increasing rate of home schooling. And it is suggested in some countries that students should be assembled not according to the same region ,but the same interest and the similar personality.

The education idea the speaker suggests will be recognized and implemented one day as more and more people realize that students ,as the subject of education, should be put more focus on. By teaching what they interest in ,their talents may be stimulated earlier: by impacting what they need, their shortcomings will be discovered and eliminated ,at least compensated by other skills they learn. In short, the system  will forge  the overall robust personality with distinctive abilities and competence in special positions. This is what the prosperity of society is based on, and education will play its role properly in this way.

After all,education is for individual's(individual可以做形容词,你的写法似乎也可以) intellectual improvement,thus do good to(应该是be good for 或 do good to,不过这种表达很...最好换下) the development of the whole society. (这一句读起来很别扭,After all和thus用在这里都也不是很恰当。after all我也不知道怎么改,干脆去掉好了,看这样写是不是好点 education is aiming at improving students' intelligence which will also be benefit to the whole society at the same time.) Individual education, if possible, will be the truly effective way  to achieve the diversity and prosperity of the whole society(别扭 直白一点写 will achieve the diversity and prosperity of the whole society effectively) by providing what students need and interest in.

能力有限 有些地方我也不知道怎么说
一点建议:有些句子虽然说的不错,但是有点罗嗦,可以稍微简洁一点。
              有些词用的次数很多,可以考虑换一换;有些词的使用值得商榷,比如多次出现的impact,还有些词,不知道是不是刻意的在使用,我是不太理解,也可能是我能力的问题。
              另外,审题方面,不知道你对only一词有没有思考。
就这么多吧,留给后面的高手吧。

首先,自我检讨一下,这篇ISSUE是在小组讨论前写的差不多的,之后没怎么改就传上去了,现在发现里面的逻辑有很多问题,用词也很大意,为了不受之前的限制,决定基本重写一篇,现在肚子饿的呱呱叫,于是,今天改作文的同学麻烦等一下,我下去饱吃一顿回来写,保证在9:30之前传上来。谢谢啦!

Basically,I approve of the speaker.In my opinion,education aims at improving social intellectual degree,which is based on every citizen's knowledge and cognition level.So in the process of education, most focus should be put on students, rather than government or schools.More specifically, for each student has distinctive personality, truly effective education should be designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.

Some people who hold the opposite view would say that if education seeks to meet the individual needs and interests, all students will only choose what they like and their knowledge system will be incomplete.As I see it, we do need instill students thorough and complete knowledge system, but it does not conflict with meeting individual needs and intersts. And the truth is the former is motivated by the latter. Is the current fundermental education really complete enough?Obviously not. From my observation,educators pay more attention to the mainstream courses,such as mathmatics,science and reading from fundermental education. What about those born musicians or artists? They receive too little relevent knowledge to realize their talents, let alone explore them.So in order to meet every individual's needs and interests, educators should design complete curricular in which all basic subjects are involved and given  equal importance. In this way, everyone has access to the knowledge of all fields,on the basis of which each individual will have the true freedom to choose what he or she really like.
Life is limited, if one can not realize what he or she is really into and explore in that field, time is wasted. We may hear of cases like this: a man, after being kept indoor and doing scientific problem for many years, went on a trip,see some natural masterpieces,met some people and then found the inspiration inside his heart. Then through full endeavor, he finally become a successful artist.However,if he had been taught more to know and appreciate some great artistic work since childhood, I dare say that the success he would achieve must be greater.That's the point of education designed to meet individual needs and interests----let students choose freely, help them explore their talent and induce them to focus more energy on what they are really into.

三段的话显得就太简单了,最好可以中间那段分三段论述吧,第一段就像你说的好处,第二段能取得更好的成绩,第三段可以再批评一下当前的体制不好,然后再加个结尾,这样可能会比较完整吧~~
