If so, it is very unrealistic to change the academic structure and academic concentration just for pursuing a higher employment. The president should provide more evidences to show his suggestion is realistic and under a reasonable consideration.
Third, even if we admit more business course and more job counselors helps a higher employment, the president still has to substantiate that it is the only or major reason causes Green Mountain obtains a more successful rate of employment. Many other factors clearly and deeply influence on a job admission, such as the personality of a person, the reputation of a college, the major, and so on. For example, the real reason causes GM gets a higher employment may be that their graduates are more outgoing and have more solid experiences of social activities. If it occurrs, it definitely fails the president's assumption.
