According to the statement, laws have been divided to two disparate parts, evincing that different accountabilities should be executed to just and unjust laws respectively. However, the statement is too cursory and superficial.
Firstly, no criterion was cited here for which is so called "unjust", I consider that this can not be converted as individual's willing. Secondly, even to admit a unjust law, the defiance to the despotism should be espoused but all the relative action should not comprise human rights and the morality. In a word, every civilian has the responsibility as well as the right to pursuit and uphold
equity and rightness.

To begin with, to trace the history, it is clear to find that human are born to have common frailties, which makes individuals egotist and grasping under some circumstance. So we can not simply consider the laws as just or unjust from the individuals' view point, which will lead to the unfairness to the whole of society.
Often a law is existing effectively to the interests of the majority but not the whole, that is also why in human civilization, any law to be called perfect is too hasty both via time and space. On the contrast, there must be the fastidious cabal that flout the laws sate for the majority but not them , they are
tending to the demagogue resisting that law called "unjust" by them, however, this kind of action cannot be that easily connived or the fomented culmination would lead to more critical unfairness and turmoil. To be deliberating especially to laws is also the pivotal responsibility of the potentate as well as populace.

Further more, when a law is defined as unjust on catholic mean, certain action of resisting is praised, however importantly, all the purpose here is to uphold the equity and rightness, so the crusade should be measured and the rights of human, morality, and the law of the compared just part should not be override, or whatever action taken is hypocritical that would at least the same iniquitous as the so called unjust laws. It is not hard to generize from the history that the excess action will lead to flux and perpetual conflict between potentates and populace are always the victimized.

Finally, one side we have to extol all the contribution in the history and today to the evolvement of laws, because of that, we are living in so civil countries nowadays compared to the despotism hundreds years ago. The other side, we have accept the nature of laws, namely the imperfection even in developed today. We have to keep a critical eye on the laws, it is a responsibility of every one as a civilian, but the more important is, all the operations relative to the improving of laws should in the legitimate procedure, not comprising to others, is a seemly way esteeming human beings' own attainment and right.

To sum up, good order is the foundation of all things, however, every law has no atom of strength, as far as no public opinion supports it. So on the mending of our footstone, and the most complex part, we must be discreet and modest.
