等待的日子太难熬了，听说成都很慢，这是美领馆的回复：
Dear Mr,

Regarding the status of your application, as you were informed at the time of your interview, the administrative processing required for your case takes a minimum of three to four weeks, and in many cases it can take longer.  Processing times can vary greatly from individual to individual, so we are not able to provide you with a definitive time frame.

This additional processing is not done in Chengdu, nor does the Consulate have any control or discretion over these cases.  We regret the delay, but we assure you that we will proceed with your application as soon as we are able.
