The rent $900 is all-inclusive. It includes utilities (heating & electricity), high-speed internet, gym and other amenities of the luxury apartment building. We are requesting one month security to hold the apartment and the first month rent before moving in. The rent for each subsequent month will be collected at the first day of the month.

你可以看一圈纽约的房价(我说的是Manhattan，不是Quees, blooklyn, 更不是法拉盛)，地理位置偏，条件差（可以说脏）的都得六七百左右，还不包家具。
