130It's true that the socializatio of the children will have significant influence on the future development of the society. However, we have not found a perfect way to socialize the children and many problems exist there. Fortunately, we are always sparing no efforts to improve the old way in which the children are socialized to help them make a contribution to the the society in the future.     To begin with, Socialization of the children benefits the children a lot when they grow up to be really members of the society. If the children are socialized in a right and effective way, their abilities of communication, partnership and cooperation will get highly improved, which can be much helpful for their present study and future development. For example, before the children enter the society officially, the children well socialized can know friendship and partnership is very important in their current study so that they can make full use of them to achieve better performances and have more friends. When they grow up to an adult, the better socialized ones will benefit a lot from the abilities of communication, cooperation and other qualities improved in the process of the socialization. Only with these abilities and qualities can they really know the society and get to adapt to the society in order to put what they have learnt into practice. That is to say, those who can achieve their success must be those who were well socialized. Furthermore, the achievements made by those successful children in the future are the motivation of the society and determine the destiny of society. Many successful companies in the world such as Microsoft, Wal-mart, GE, etc all make a lot of contribution to the society and their achievement result from those key figures in the company who used to be well socialized and now make full use of what they learnt from the socialization. We all know that Bill Gates’ success is due to his abilities of computer programming but ignore that his abilities of communication, cooperation and human relationship, which are all acquired through socialization, also play an important role in his great achievement. And the same situation also goes to those politicians who conduct the society to develop such as Lincoln, Roosevelt, etc. As is discussed above, how children are socialized determines whether they can make any achievements in the future and finally determines the destiny of society.     However, it’s true that we don't know much about how to get our children well socialized when we raise our children. Though other kinds of education have been paid much attention, the lack of emphasis on socialization results in the fact that children cannot contact with the real society and are often misled by the devil part of the society so that they cannot make the right decision. Sometimes the real society is prevented from the children by their parents or schools for the purpose of protection, which instead simulates the curiosity of children to discover the society on their own but misled by the devil part. Specially, this phenomenon is quite ordinary in China as the Chinese parents and school are a little conventional sometimes and protect their children too much. So the children seldom contact with the real society and can hardly get socialized in an effective way until they enter the society by themselves, which actually sets a barrier to their development in the future. Without their achieved developments, whether the society cannot be improved.     Fortunately, we have spared no effort to help the children get better socialized and many improvements have been made, which offers more opportunities for the children to know the society and learn from the society so as to improve their abilities of communication, cooperation and human relationship, etc. Take the current education system for an example; it has strengthened the requirements of the social relationship and activities of the students. They are arranged investigations into some social problems and participated in some campaign that make the students get close touch with the society. In this way, these children have been better socialized than before and we can even expect a brighter future.In the end, the destiny of society finally depends on the young generation and besides education, the socialization plays an important role. While there are some problems when the children are socialized, we have seen a progress in raising the children, especially in the field of socialization and thus we can expect that children can get better raised and socialized in the future.
