It is hard to decide which problem should be pay more attention to a government, immediate problems seems harsh and threat the short-term interests, while anticipate problems always related to the country’s future survival. The responsibility of any government is to protect the society’s safety and well-being. From this perspective, the speaker’s claim is too simple to deal with the entire situations, and in my view, we should consider this question at different situation to give the proper answer.

Some immediate problems come fast and threat the safety of the people that government had to pay more attention to than any other problems. For example, when a country meet the natural catastrophe, like the tsunami disaster in Indonesia in 2005, to face the report as fifteen thousand of people dead in the disaster, any government would pay attention to save the wound people, to rebuilt the house, to supply the food than to protect the endangered animals----an anticipated problems. Any way, the immediate problem seems more important in this situation. Similarly, when a war happened in our country, if the government still use the finance for the commercial interests or the outer space inquiry, it will be regard as irresponsible for the ignorance of people and the army. Therefore, in some situation, the immediate problems is severe enough to threat the whole country, the government had to rearrange its finance to deal with the posing problems than any anticipated ones.

However, without the immediate problems, some anticipated problem is a potential one which related to the survival of the country’s future. In history, the Second World War is a proper example. Before the war, many governments have already anticipated Hitler would wage war, but in the consideration of the interests of themselves, they did not make any action to stop it, the result is that all the Europe was under the Hitler’s control and the whole world was come to chaos. Moreover, some other anticipated problems may threat the survival of all human beings----the environment problems. if we ignore them and not do anything to stop, the result will hard to control. For example the deforest and the hole of ozone. if the government not come to make actions to deal with the deforest process, within 100 years, people will hardly live in their pramary territorial. In this situation, even though the commercial interests seems attractive----to individual interests as well as the revenue of government, but the consequence to permit this kind of harm to environment, the government will finally offense the primary goal to built a better society for its people.

Furthermore, some anticipated problems are so important that once it happens, it will cause the death of a country. For example, from the news, I know Hollland have being built many moving houses which can be used to live on the sea. With the increasing of the temperature of the earth, the sea level is increased year by year. The Hollland government anticipate that one day, the sea lever will arise to swallow the country. Therefore, to protect the future interests, the government makes a wise investment to the moving house. Can we simply say the solution of the anticipated problem is less important than the solution to the unemployment----an immediate problem?

In sum, a government should base on the diverse situation to arrange its money and power to deal with its problems. Either immediate or anticipated problems are important, only focus on the shout-term interests always cause a worse future. Urgent problems comes first, and the potential problems should also be well considered.

但是我不知道这样的观点，说两个都重要而且似乎没有明确倾向任何一个得写法是否可以~而且，似乎细节问题要加以注意哦~
