we are two female students in BU at our 20s. We are very friendly and nice. We are looking for one more female roommate for the apartment we are moving into September 1st.

It’s a huge three bedroom apt at the top of three story building in Hooker Str & Haskell Str, Allston, MA 02134, walking distance to public library, public laundry, grocery, market and public bus #64, 66, 70, 86, parking on street, two blocks to Masspike entrance, 3 lights to Storrow Drive and Memorial Drive, 15 minutes walking to BU area, or 5-8 ninutes by bicycle, quiet and safe neighbourhood.

The room to rent is the biggest br 12*15, plus a closet. Living room (14x8), kitchen (14x8), bathroom (6 x 5),
hall way (3.5x15), deck at back (14 x 7), all hardwood floor. Refrigerator is always ready, and microwave too. Rent $600per month, including water. Utilities not included: Gas for hot water, heating and cooking, electric, cable, Internet etc. Female, must be quiet, clean, nice and friendly! No smoking.

First, last and additional one month security deposit are needed for one year lease from Sept 1, 2009.
