Law servers a tool to settle the conflicts between people, respect the personal right and ensure the society going the way towards peace and order. Someone argues that just law is invariably obeyed, while others are resisted. I disagree with this statement for three aspects: Firstly, sometimes we can not decide whether a law is just. Secondly, resisting the law induce to the chaos state. Finally, we can amend a unjust legislation through peaceful way.
        People process different prospective about justify even in the same law. Common experience tells us that Diversities of education level, standpoint, culture, on which whether a law is just rely, exist in every person. The euthanasia, for example, is allawed in some countries’ law but is forbidden in that of others. The opposites consider the behavior, which takes away one’s life, is illegal. While the supporters argue that euthanasia is not crime but benevolence, considering that some patients, who suffers from hopeless disease for several years and thus can not endure the distress of the disease any more, as well as their families risk the mental and economical collapse. Since each side holes rational standpoint, hardly can one categorize laws into two groups immediately, one reflects just, another not.         
        If we disobey the law, no matter is just or unjust, the society will be get into chaos. The purpose of establishing laws, is controlling citizens’ behavior and maintaining a order and stable society. Lows will lost its trust if people resist it frequently and overtly, what is worse, the stable statement of society will be break. In china, the automobiles should be drove on the right side of the road. If every one disobey this rule, not only driving can be dangerous or even threatens the very survival of walkers and other drivers, but also the transportation system will come to a halt. Another case is when a man dies, how to allot his wife, children and other kin his property. The legacy law is set to peacefully resolve disputes on distributing the property of a dead if one does not leave will before he goes. If the relatives refuses to settle the matter by law, violence perhaps happens, scribing damaging scars in the heart of family members.  
        Admittedly some laws are unjust, the best way in which solves the unjust law matter, is to reform the unjust law legally to a relative just one, by the law makers and politics, rather than to resist it violently and individually. Before the establishment of Declare of Independence, blacks are considered to be in the position of a second class citizenship in American society. If blacks and their leaders use violent activities to improve blacks’ position, the outcome is the news, about ferment caused by blacks, will spread to every American’s ears, and therefore the violence can only bring detrimental effects on blacks’ achieving the equal rights with whites. On the other hand, the way of wining support from other politics and enacting the law legally, just as Martin Luther King did, sounds good to the eliminate unjust element of laws.
        In sum, some laws are difficult for us to distinguish just ones from unjust ones, and some laws are evidently unjust by mass of people. Considering the turbulent situation if laws is resist in public, the peaceful reforming the low is the method to deal with the unjust laws.

Laws are the rules of society which are used to judge the crimes. Some people maintain that some of laws are unfair and should be resisted.  Actually, many kinds of problems will be elicited when we disobey some laws. To prevent making mistakes in history, we must clarify who the law work for before obeying or resisting it.

As far as we know, there are no perfect laws in the world. Justice is a type of subjective emotion judgment of everybody - some one may evaluate an issue from one aspect, while others assess it from another aspect, that is what "unjust" comes from. Mercy killing is in such contradiction. Supporters think it would bring a good end to those who lose the basic survival ability, such as moving or thinking, whereas the oppsite side emphasize no one can deprive their rights to survive because all men are created equal for the god. These conflicts have existed not only between reason and ethnic but also between other kinds of different views. take homoerotism as another example, it is supported by the people who think one has right to choose his/her lover as long as the partner also loves him/her, even they are the same sex. but it is intensely opposed by the one who think love bases on the ability to have a child, such as Adam and Eva did.  Today mercy killing and homoerotism are legal in some parts of the world, but cannot be recognized in others. Thus we cannot judge the just by ourselves.

Another important reason we should obey the law is to reassure its authority. From above we know many laws have their own faults, but people need a common standard to conduct their behaviors. So after a law is claimed to general public and written into documents, everyone must obey it. Without authority, people can not make an agreement on some unsolvable issues, without authority, society will be lost in chaos(execute), without authority, the law is merely a type of useless convention.

However, the foremost problem for a law is not just or unjust it is but who it works for. The law made by those tyrants is obviously unjust for society because it mainly serve for the aristocracy or only tyrants themselves. For killing the Jewish people in an legal way, Nazi had made many "law"s during the world war II. In this case, the law cannot represent justice at all because it is just a tool of these crazy beasts. The only and best way for Jewish people is to fight against it without any fears. In contrast. In contrast, if the laws are made by all people in a society for their common benefits, they should obey them no matter they think it has flaws or not.

In the end, obeying laws does not mean we cannot modify them. We still need critical thinking to find the flaws in them. If there are, we should submit suggestions and discuss with others to improve it, not resist violently.
