With the development of society and technology, there is a great awareness that people put emphasis on education. How to improve the teaching efficiency is a major question that can't wait to solve. Therefore, the quality of teachers is gradually beginning to be realized, and many people point out that teachers should be evaluated by how much their students learn. However, if that is the only standard for teachers, numerous questions will stand out, like increasing the burden of students, problems about the method to assess the studying level, etc. So I hold the opinion that teachers' wage can be just decided by the condition of students.

Almost for sure different students have different situations, so it is difficult to objectively know about how much their students learn. Some people may refute that the grades of final examination can reflect the studying condition. It's true that grade is a very important fact of studying, but another element of exam may be easy to neglect. If the test paper is difficult for all students, how can we have the actual reflection of students. Meanwhile, in the exam, lower grades don't mean that the students do not work hard, maybe, just it is just because of his bad basement. So it is hard to decide the ability of teachers just based on the students' state.

Further, in some case, some teachers may increase the study burden of students in order to achieve a high pay. In the modern education environment of competition, many students have difficulty on dealing with the large number of courses and the sea of homework in a limited time. So if teachers continue to increase the load for their own sake, it will draw them to mad, which may lead to a reverse effect. So let us consider the question from the viewpoints of students, and sometimes, it is not a good way to evaluate teachers just from the aspect of students.

Finally, if some students violate the desire of teachers and not do well intentionally, it is unfair to access teachers for their hard work. In this case, even though some teachers put all their energy and effort to help students, they may not get a good reputation among students, which may lead to a big effect on the evaluation.

From all the reasons above, I totally agree that it is unfair to determine teachers, pay based on the behavior of students. Though, general speaking, it is the duty of teachers to educate students and impart them knowledge as much as possible. Students personal situation and teachers subjective thought may contribute to the way unreasonably.
