Thereis an Chinese saying that innovation is the soul of one nation. It means that whether one country can develop quickly and have its own reign in the world depends on the innovation it has.Anyone who is creative would be more likely to succeed in the modern time,especially in the high-technology field. Even though I can not deny the importanceof planning, as far as I am concerned, I think being creative, rather than planning carefully, can find the best solution to a problem.

Innovation is the idea which is not used by others before. For example, the invention of bulb by Edison is an innovation, and the creation of the
computer is innovative at that time as well. In the history of the human race, the creation always could give man a new way to deal with the world and complex problems. From the industry revolution, to the information technology reformation, all the development in the science andtechnology advanced the society in a rapid pace.

In regard of some traditional problems, it is difficult for people to solve the problems by traditional methods. Even if people can make the accurate plan and take it into the practice, the result is not good as people expected. Sometimes, the traditional mechanism was not suitable to new phenomenon. Therefore, creating one innovative method is necessary to solve the difficulties. For instance, observing high speed objects, Einstein found that Newton's law could not explain the motion of the rays. To solve the problem perfectly, he didn't plan to follow the conventional way, but try to set up a new mechanism which is called relativity to expound the phenomenon.

In details, planning carefully gives us a way to avoid mistakes which happened before, rather than solving the problems. Following the plan, we can realize every step we walked and try to avoid mistakes. It is more useful if we don't know how mistakes happened.However, if we encounter some new problems, the plan just can give us a tool to practice.In another word, planning carefully is the hulk of one car, while the innovation is the engine. Even though the hulk can help you drive more comfortably and more safety, the pulse push the car forward is produced by the engine.
Nowadays,there is a saying that 21th century is the century of innovation. If a country can win in the battle of innovation, it would definitely win all over the world. Of course, the innovation is one of the most important quality for one person. To be a successful man, the person should make more innovative ideas and help others solve the problems.
