Is respond negative to the work of another person more worth than positively? In some case, I think so. It will be easy to agree with somebody else than give an another opinion. Since you have to give a strong support of your own idea and convince others negative feedback always considered an active of brave. However, sometimes, it is better to compromise the work than totally reject .(however后面是论述的重点,而下文明显对这个观点论述不够多。而且这里刚说了折衷更好,底下怎么紧接着论述negative feedback的好处了?而且接连说了两段……)
First of all, giving an negative feedback is good for the perfect of the work. Because the more flaws you find before the work is finally completed, the better the work will be. In another words, negative will help the process of the development of one work. For example, before every software of Microsoft came into the market, they will put the Beta version online, and ask the feed back from the users, then, if the user are all giving the positively feedback, then they will not give any improvement of the software. And that is a bad thing for the programmers and the company.(例子不能这么用。如果大家都说好,那说明这个软件确实不错啊,为什么对程序设计员和公司反而不好呢?你可以说微软把软件的测试版放到网上让大家挑毛病,挑完以后对软件进行改进再投放到市场上。如果大家不挑毛病,软件就不能改进了。)
Moreover, a negative feedback from you means that you were really thinking about the problems or the idea. It may not means to much the comment itself, however, thinking critically means your were really cares about that, and you will make efforts to make it better. For instance, my professor Mr.Li, he will highly speak the students who dare to question about his points of view, maybe the questions which the student came up with is not so right or there still a better solution of it, however, the attitude of the student about learning is worth to praise, because he was not just listening to what the professor has said but think deeply about it.
(例子到底是要表扬教授还是要表扬学生?看不出来。而且论述的时候不要用第二人称。而且,这个例子貌似只是对前一句论述的再次重复……)
However, sometimes, compare with give the negative feedback, To settle by concessions is a better idea. Not an idea has its own reason, sometime when the divarication came out, one should the think the reason from other's angle,not stick on the opinion made by yourself. Even if the work of other was wrong, there still better solutions than give the negative feedback directly. Sometimes the moral of the group is much more important. Like me, when I was doing an experiment with my totur, I made an mistake during the procesure, which made the result totally reversed, however, my tutor did not criticize me imidietaly but wait until I finished the experiment. She could ,but she did not. After that, she told me, without seeing the result by my own eyes I will not 100 percent sure about how could that happened. It is a better idea to convince other people to agree his/her opinion firstly and then give a better makeup.
(我喜欢这个例子。但是你这样的表述看不出tutor采取了折衷的方式。你可以说tutor发现你的错误后马上指出来,但是你不认为你错了,于是tutor没有强硬的让你非改过来,而是采取了折衷的方式,让你继续做下去,于是结果出来后你自己心服口服。)
为啥接连说了两段negative feedback的好处之后,你就突然说要concession呢?不狠狠的批评一下negative feedback的坏处,偶们为什么要放弃negative feedback呢?而且如果你同意的是compromise,你就要多多的论述它啊!
In sum, it is brave to give an negative feedback to respond the work of another person since the courage and the sprite of the critiriszm, however, sometimes, we should take a better way to give the advice to make the work perfect.
(无论是brave,还是courage, sprit,你都没有论述啊,怎么在总结中突然就出来了?而且,a better way是什么呢?)
阿拉喜欢你这种一段论述一个例子的方式,但是例子一定要跟论述紧密的扯上关系,不然例子堆在那里发挥不出作用来。拼写错误很多呀,时态也经常有点毛病。哎,本来偶详细的给你改了,可惜啊,就那么没了,只好简略的这么说一说了。有意见再交流啊!
