writing(Personal Philosophy):

Some people enjoy change, and they look forward to new experiences. Others like their lives to stay the same, and they do not change their usual habits. Compare these two approaches to life. Which approach do you prefer? Explain why.

20：46-21:18

On the same continent of Australia, kangaroos always run fast, actually jump, and while koalas would like to stay at the same tree and do not move any more. As every animal have different habits, people in the same globe will have difference in living styles. Some one enjoys new experiences brought by continuous changing, while others like to lead a same life. Comparing with these two approaches to life, I would like to have a life changing.

In the first place of analysis, I concede that staying the same could bring more comfort to people. On one hand, these people will not worry about financial problems. They may have a job with fixed salaries and stay in the same city, where they have many friends and relatives there. So if they do have some finance problem, they can turn to these friends and relatives for financial aid. On the other hand, people look forward to new experiences will face more troubles as well. Changing home would bring a lot of problems to people. For example, affording to changing living places would a big pressure; they have to leave friends and live in a totally unfamiliar city; hunting a new suitable job is a difficulty to most people after moving, because of the variety of city economic characteristics and financial systems. All above could not be neglected for individuals chasing a changeable life.

Comparing with the dilemmas above, a changing life could bring much more. Although we leave our old friends by leaving one city, we can become friends in another city. It is possible for us to meet the best friends after several moving and searching in many cities. On the other hand, we should not worry whether our old friends will forget us, because true friendship can overcome distance and time. If they forget us, they should not be our friends. Moreover, changing could improve our ability of surviving, facing the problem it bring to us. As the elders saying, no tough, no success. Without the help of others, all troubles can be solved only by our own. After conquering all problems, looking back, we will realize a higher level of living. Experiencing difficulties, we could become forceful enough to face other difficulties in the future.

1. What characters is needed to be a good teacher?

In my opinion, a good teacher should have three characters as followed.

Firstly, they should have wide knowledge. As a teacher, their responsibility is spreading their knowledge to students. And they should answer all kinds of questions based on the students’ curiosity.

Secondly, they should work hard. Because the process of teaching is tough. And in this case, they should also have a good health.

Thirdly, they should also be patient enough to teach students for several times, because the students forget things easily and can not focus their attention all the time.

2. Which do you prefer, working at home or at office?

At office

All kinds of equipment

Good sphere of working  increase working efficiency

If we have some troubles at work, we can turn to help to others, while at home, we can not ask any questions to others.
