Being a boss need manage others, direct others and something else like. Being a good boss need do the above successfully. From my point of view, a good boss should have excellent management skill, be justice, and have a broad knowledge.

Being a boss, the first task is to manage employees. At this time, a boss should know every employee well so that every employee could attain appropriate works according to their ability. Assigning work like wearing shoes, if you get the right shoes, then you can run quickly, either big or small would be no good for you. Furthermore, in workplace, there are some other problems, such as being late, being absent. In this time, a boss should think out a good method to solve these problems. If these problems can be solved properly, the work atmosphere would be improved. But if not handled properly, it would even damage company's profit. In addition, a boss should not be too rigid. For example, one day, an employee has something very important to do and ask for leaving. But according to company's regulation, this kind of deed is not allowed. At this time, a good boss should not turn down this employee’s request without knowing the reason. And if it is really very important, a boss should allow this employee to leave.

Moreover, being justice is also important to a good boss. In a company, it is the boss who has the right to reward someone.
