1，首先，兴趣对教育是重要的，学校考虑学生的兴趣的必要性，有利于发觉潜能和天赋。学生也乐意上有兴趣的课。
2，但是，太SPECIFCIALLY意味着不是全面发展，一些必要的知识被忽略了。如cooperate,leadership,how to organize.而且这样发展，最终学生会变成SELFISH的。
3，当然，教育还必须努力做到因材施教。


      The speaker is in favor of the view that education would be effective when it is designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each. I tend to agree with the speaker's broad assertion; however, it is too arbitrary for the speaker to assert that it is the only way to make education effective for each student. In my point of the view, education should be taken individual needs and interests into consideration, but it is impracticable to need everyone, especially in realism society.
       To begin with, an education system that can take special needs and interest into account display a host of merit to students. as we all know, it is understandable that everyone are disposed to put more enthusiasm, endeavor and determination into what they are interested in or what they think is necessary for them to learn. In this case, the students can full develop their distinct potential and talent by the help of this education system that maybe play an active role in their further development. In fact, most of scientists who make greats achievements that exert positive and profound influence on our society are discovered their potential and talent by such an educational system .Moreover, the student would not slip any lectures or and less make complaint or set defiant to their teachers. Hardly does it say that students will be more motivated to study in such an educational system.
       In addition, the over specifically designed education means students will be much more actively engaged in their desire; however, it is not what traditional general education wants. Not only does education provide specialized study to qualify the individual for professional activity, but also provide such ability as cooperate, leadership or how to organize. If we inspect only offer a unique education according to our needs and interests, we may conclude that they have developed their own ability to make themselves selfish, and educators shouldn’t allow students to do anything they want. It is necessary to come into frequent contact with the society if someone just concern only with oneself, he or she will be confronted a series of difficulties.
        Finally, in some case, effective education is teaching students in accordance of their aptitude. it is true that  complete independence in designing education is not effective to all individual students, but school should do their possible to offer more opportunities and constructs regulations of students choosing courses freely as long as the quality of necessary education is guaranteed. Then, base on some general education, the students have more time for specialized study the necessity to learn what does interest them. I have experience gain the benefits of this teaching method. My university granted autonomy to students except the essential specialize courses, I really appreciate my university that give full play to my ability .Therefore, the education will be effective when it is arousing one's potential interests as well as the quality of necessary education is guaranteed.
        To sum up, I agree that education should pay heed to the individual needs and interests; however the speaker extends the importance of meeting individual needs and interests in education. It fails to consider other factors which could exert a determinative influence on the effective of education. If the education teaches students in accordance of their desire and the general knowledge, it would be more effective.
