1,教师了解一些其他领域的相关知识是很有必要的，可以开阔眼界，丰富自己的知识，了解一部分相关自己专业的其他领域的知识可以从中得到启发。
2，如果只注重自己专业内容，可能引起其它问题，沟通........
3，不能强制执行，各教师的情况不同，教学专业不同，如果强制执行可能适得其反

There is much discussion today about whether teachers should be spend more time on learning knowledge which is not associate with his/her professional realm. those who agree with this statement claim all faculty should be spend time on learning more information at a force condition, i think learning or not learning should be decided in particular case.

It's necessary for some specialists to contact more information out of the field that they study. For extended information could be benefit not only for their scope of their knowledge, but also for their insight ability. Inaddition, learning other information about different field is a good way for someone to relax, sometimes this act may bring a big surprise to you. it could be enlighten you to think at another aspect while his thought getting into an unescape route.

It is unfortunate that some faculty who is necessary to learn more information that not along with his speciality does not do more. if an instructor does not care for other realms who is devoted all his mind in his special realm may miss a myriad of crucial information which is at the edge of his subject For example, a teacher, who instructs economics without the strong realize on math, is hard for him to attain the top of this realm, because there is tightly association between this two subject. Archeology is another example which has strong connection with analytical chemistry. moreover, computer has a great contribute to astronomy: before astronomy researchers cite computer to their field, there are masses of data must be computered, but it is hard for them to do this and doing this work will cost them a long time. Now, computer substitutes faculty to do this work more effective, teachers could spend more time on their other subjects.

The effect on learning abroad knowledge is not only located in their science. Faculty must have the skill to realize the thought of students deeply, based on this, he should best to spend time reading some book about communication, because the books provide the answer to the question" How can we remove the obstacle between students an us ".These books could also help them to deal some social problems.

The author claims that president should require faculty to work outside their academic world is ungrounded. Teacher, who has primary duty to infuse knowledge to their students, should focus on his duty. To some teachers, if they are required to learn widely information, their schedule would be changed, the action which may affect their normal school-life runs contrary to normal teaching approach.

No one could absolutely assert knowledge outside the academic world ensure benefit for all faculty, university does not need all the teachers to be generalist, knowing too much is just good for some instructors. On the other hand, teachers whose study contacts any other subject should be arranged more time to read more books. It will be more efficiently while we keep balance between learning extensive information or not learning.
