103"The study of history has value only to the extent that it is relevant to our daily lives."


   Has the study of history value only to extent that it is relevant to our daily lives? In my view, the study of history could give us, from society, nations, to individual , far more than only relevant to our daily lives.
   To begin with, the study of history provide us the useful resolution to our complex society problem, which results from the progress of technology and human society. For example, over-consumption of the limited natural resource,  harmful emissions that destroy to ozone, under human's activity, and warm the earth to a dangerous level,  and the development of mass destructive weapons in nations that lead to the contend of arm have risked our survival of specials.
On the other hand, Consider Confucius(KongZi), a Chinese most important educator and philosophy in history, the greatest philosophy had said an idea of the "compatible society" thousands years ago, which presented a greater tolerance with differing viewpoints and people who are different with ourselves, greater respect to individual rights, and a great cooperation cross culture and national boundaries. It's the idea of compatible that could help us deal with the more complex society problem.
Fortunately, we have seen that all nations have made an effort in cooperation to track health problem through joint researching program,  and to deal the harmful remission and pollution from industry in nations through international conference today. And there have been progress in these efforts.
   Not only the history's study contributes the pressing society problem, but also it could provide much useful lessons or examples to nations or those who administrate the nations. For example, leaning of history has told us that political states whose authority derived from the suppression of individual freedom of citizen inevitably fall by their oppressive weight, and that it’s only because of the respect the individual right that the society in state could develop and advance.
   Finally, as for individual, study of history could give us not only lessons but also the inspiration. The leaders or hero tenacity and courage have inspire person to the success and achievement. Look no further than the great deal of story books and memoirs of famous few in history which are inspiring generation by generation to struggle toward their goal; On the other hand, studying the fallacy of these famous few in history could avoid us repeating the same mistake. For example, life of Hitler ,who set up second World War, is such a story which lead to tears and blood in Second World War.
   Also, the study of these hero could help shape for us appropriate values, mores, and ideas. A great deal of story of prominent scientists, which have profoundly contribute our society and technology in history, have taught us what are the correct mores and values and how to shaped them. Their great achievements are the consequence of their sublime morality and values, which could contribute to our action and thought today.
   In conclusion,  history is a mirror which reflects everything of our lives. We can not only be benefit, in relevant to our daily lives, from the study of history, but also get much lessons, values and solution, inspiration from learning the history.

看来本文你的思路是总分总整体来看文章还是不错的但是其中还是有的时候思路混乱感觉不能很好支撑你的中心思想
