"Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

Will education be effective only when it is designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. As far as I am concerned, individual needs and interests are a very crucial element in education. But far more need and interests which are met might undermine and, even destroy the education.

Individual needs and interests of each student is a important in education system. A recent research finding points out that only 20 percent of lecture will be remembered a week later. Boring and bland academic of science always disappoints students and make them hard to absorb these knowledge. It's when the education is designed to meet the individual that we can make education effective. For example, if one is interest in history other than computer science, the school, however, just order he or her to learn it ,since computer science might contribute the employment in the current labor market, despite whatever he or she likes. You can image that what the student will become of; and this type of education is harmful to both school and individual. On the other hand, the interest and need in areas would be a strong motives to participate actively in class and to study earnestly, which both contribute to absorb and digest these knowledge they are interested.     

Also, the individual needs and interests will contribute the science or the business in education. Consider Albert Einstein, the most important physicist because his relativity theory in history of physics. Without his interests with the physics and instruction from his teacher and colleague , the well-known relativity have never been found. Also, consider my own experience, my major and vocation is analog circuit designer, which is somewhat like a art of design in physical. For I am fond with this area in, my department Accordingly had distributed me very opportunity and resource-such as famous excellent professional, advanced instrument, and very much resource in laboratory. The result is that I have, after a few years’ work, invented several   patents in that area till now and have successfully finished many works, which have been applied in many significant automation systems in my country. Thanks to the education in school, I have been the prominent circuit designer in university and business. Without the my strong interest and distinguished education that school offer, how can I achieve such an accomplishment?

Admittedly, limited education resource, the mission of cultivating foundation academic knowledge both determine that the true educations could not be only designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. If so, engaging in their whatever they are interested rather than the knowledge of mathematic, physical would largely undermine their future pursuing in intellectual paths. Also, if the interests of students are games, sports other than knowledge, can we meet these need –whatever they are interested?我感觉例子不好能帮我想到好点的不

In conclusion, education might put emphasis on the individual needs and interests of each student. Without the intention, the education will be undermined and become a  birdcage where the students are like birds who have to learn. However, education cant pay far more attention on individual needs and interests.

如果要单独设计教育，那么谁来设计？
政府？了解学生的需求么？
老师？和学生接触多，但是他们也真正明白么？
学生自己？很多学生并不清楚自己的真正要求和兴趣。尤其是年龄小的学生。In conclusion, education might put emphasis on the individual needs and interests of each student. 总体文章思路是清晰的感觉这篇文章写得还是可以的能够很好支撑自己的论点至于语句上的变化我自己还没做等做好了有机会互改的时候再改吧
