"Most societies do not take their greatest thinkers seriously, even when they claim to admire them."很多社会并不重视思想家，即使社会宣称很景仰这些思想家。

提纲：

1.society constraints the free air  of  thinking and studying . 2. society care much about the knowledge and minds applied  to  practical life,whereas  thinkers' thinking are usually hard to understand and be used in the current society.3.admittedly, treating thinker too much (more concentration on thinkers )
is likely to influence thinkers' thinking.

4.above all , society fail to take  greatest thinkers seriously.but we should have a faith that one day their thinkings can  be carried out in the real life.

The most important difference between human beings and other animals is that the formers have thoughts. Owing to the thoughts, human beings have triumphantly evolved from the most primitive animals to the most advanced and sophisticated creatures. With no dout(doubt), the thinkers providing great thoughts have made a great contribution to the advancement of human civilization. But actually, what a pity is that most societies don't take them seriously in most cases.  One reason is that the ambivalence between the necessary free air of thinking and the constraints of the society. As we all know, society restricts people's actions in order to bettermanage them through some rules(manage sb?我不了解这种用法。in order to confine them by some rules). History has tested its(在此指代谁？) accuracy that the society are greatly developed by people who are forced to do what they need orderly and effeciently.But as a thinker, what he needs most is obviously an free circumstance in which he can try new ideas and let imagination soar   without being forbidden or controlled by some social factors.Regretly, the fact most societies do not notice this problem result in the bondage of free air to a large extent. Thinkers become societies ‘adjuncts and have to conform different kinds of rules and orders,(comma) otherwise will be penalized even to death.In ancient Greece, the great thinker Socrates did not support the Regime system of Athens whose leader only be elected by public voting without giving any consideration of achievementment and ability. And these unpopular views which bring most people's hatred finally lead to Socrates' death.

The other reason is that the more famous a thinker is, the deeper his minds are(这句陈述了个事实，但不是很好的原因。应把本段最后一句话所想表达的意思在段首点出). And when his minds reach such a depth that contemporary society can not judge, it induces a problem. It is acknowledged universally to know that the rapid progress of current society ascribes to the knowledge and minds applied to the practical life. Once the thoughts provided by the thinkers go beyond the contemporary society’s allowed using ablity, society will possibly abandon their thoughts and not think much of the thinkers temporally.  

But, (可省略)on the contrary, if the society takes these great thinkers too seriously, the thinking process of the thinkers are likely to be influenced by too much attention from the society so that the thinkers have less time than ever before to ponder problems. On the other hand, the fact that the thinker may be surrounded by the fame and wealth supplied by the society (这一句没有写完，主语the fact, that 引导从句，谓语呢？)
Due to excessive cares leads to ignoring the great suffer of underclass and the potential crisis of society which are helpful to the formation of thinkers' ideas.

Above all, society fails to put thinkers on an important position from(for) its own interests.(如果说是社会没能重视思想家，那么上一段主要为了说明什么，和这个结论的关系是什么？) However, the value and meaning of the thinkers during the course of human history absolutely can not be neglected and denied. The reason why their minds can not be accomplished is the society’s inability at present, not the thinkers' faults. And we should have a strong faith that these thinkers' studied fruits will be carried out in the future.
