Making mistake is the human nature that cannot be avoided as the lack of experience and the misguidance of established theory. Although the mistakes are bound to be inevitable during the process of human exploration, the experience and conclusion we get from tremendous mistakes provide us the abundant instances and precise guidance to discover and achieve.

No one cannot always restrictively keep the mind clear to avoid inevitable mistakes, which can be characterized as the human instinct from the biological angle. From other kind of perspective--historically, making mistakes gives human opportunities to test the truism and conclude the frequent flaws on their achievements. Generally, the human practice can be defined as the only tool to test the truth. To some extent, through mistakes, human gradually accumulated series of judgmental standard and operational measures to achieve the practice. Thus, derived and concluded from those mistakes made before, human can prevent unnecessary sacrifice and waste of resources to approach the ultimate achievement directly according to the foundation that had been established from predecessor's experiences and theories. Meanwhile, the further retrospection on the mistakes that we and predecessors made before, the deeper we distinguish the humanity and manner the social trend and developmental principles. For instance, after the human catastrophes--two World Wars in last earlier century, the people from all over the world had realized the destructive effect of war from the severe anniversary every year. The wish for peace and maintaining balance of global becomes continuous mood passed down from one generation to another according to the insufferable experiences by human's retrospection on their mistakes. Whatever fields or realms, the mistakes cannot be completely avoided attributing to the imprudent human nature and the inevitable immature theories.

Besides, the function of mistakes is not the only textbook inculcating human to notice their own flaws and retrospect, but also the catalyst stimulating the human inspiration to discover innovative achievement and dispelling the obstacles from preventing them to find a new way. The conclusion and evaluation toward severe mistakes before can show us how mistaken we are treating on some details and indispensable factors and ultimately give a precise guidance by abandoning the interference of negative factors. Learning experience from the predecessor's mistakes provides us the straight way to approach the success and established a innovative system to guide our offspring. For instance, there is not any theory or experimental achievement that can be defined as success on the straight way, but more often from several even hundreds of failures and mistakes in scientific progress. Nobel paid his mistakes for losing their friends in an unsuccessful experiment. And Thomas Edison tasted thousands of failures to guarantee the only one success for his achievement that gained him the Nobel Prize. There is no easy way for the development of human civilization, however, through mistakes we can make the inevitable human mistake evitable to our offspring in their future works.

However, the conclusion from mistakes is not the only way for the discovery or progress. In some sense, assessment and conclusion on mistakes provide us the effective way to adjust our orientation and enlighten our inspiration as some other methods, such as the innovative spirit, bold practice, and critical thinking, etc. Apparently, the only reliance on the way through mistakes is initiatively the mistake to human behavior. The various unknown phenomena and entangled problems require the pursuit for the most effective way from different perspectives to approach the ultimate goal.

To sum up, we can conclude that through mistakes human can be discovery or progress according to the consideration on the valuable experiences and theoretical backup. However, only through the different angles to observe and behave can there be general discovery or progress in the process of society as a whole.

这里个人以为，举这个world war的例子不是具有太大的说服力，因为当今世界局部战事仍不断出现；我想倒不如举那个原子弹的例子吧：atomic bomb，i.e. A-bomb. In the time before the preatomic age, it is likely that a new war, which will break out between two big countries that have conflicts for their benefits, might be spread out and influence all over the world and make inevitable destructive to the world and many people may die in the combat. After the A-bomb exploding, which was a mistake, that the terrible result it caused threaten all over the world and makes people even those martial guys, to realize how horrible a nuclear warfare and damages it bring to this world and human being. Admittedly, the explosion of A-bomb was a mistake, however, to some extent, it prevent the future nuclear warfare. ]

爱迪生的例子我也不太清楚，如果考官不清楚可能就糊弄过关了，如果清楚，偶也没办法，让它评去吧~~考场上时间很紧，没有太多时间考虑例子的准确性，几乎都是信手拈来。
