Now that computer technology has made possible the rapid accessing of large amounts of factual information, people are less likely than ever to think deeply or originally. They feel unable to compete with—much less contribute to—the quantity of information that is now available electronically.

In general, I agree with the assertion that people are likely to be influnsed in deeply or original thinking,and then lose the ability to be the master of imformationg, because appearance of  computer providing quick access to them.

Admittedly, with an attendant rise in imformation offerde by interenet-one of computer technology-instead of tradional ways, more and more people rely on computers-the mechine predict the future. Obviously, very true is that large amounts of real information supply the opportunity that people can make access to the factual information, which is used to be difficult to get, then make use of the information in their study or work. Taking the blog for example, people can write down his sentiment,experience,critics, and share it with others, which results in both thinking and communication ability.In short, proper imformation is partly beneficial to  ameliorate thinking capability.

However,every coin has two sides. with the imformation explosion approching, it will make our generation gradually lose intention and then capacity to think deeply or express our own unique ideas. Because excessive information make people only read, recieve, and become docile, they have no time and energy to ponder and create. According to the research by British Medical Agent, 30 percent adolesents are puzzled by memmery and think ability decline caused by too much time expose to internet deal with endless information.The informants complain that sometime they cannot recall the name of classmate, concentrating on the homework, even have to drop out sometimes. Therefore, in some circumstance, superfluous information will have reverse effect on the human thinking.

Moreover, most information provided to the people are snack reading with superficial content, which do little help or even have potencial harm to the people thinking. For the sake of economic interests, many websites are designed with appealing picture, flirtation words, vulgar articles. It is hard to imagine that readers can enhance their thinking ability if they indulge in information like that all day. Meanwhile, those valueable masterpieaces with abstract and abstruse words,which is helpful to people's deep thinking, will inevitablly lose a lot of audience. It will lead to a tragedy to human brain thinking because of the popular information they preferring.

In sum, although large mounts of information do some help to people, it call for a popular tide in a simple and repeative thinking rather than deeply or orignal one. Therefore the potential harm it can inflict on the thinking will far outweight its benefits.
