As the rapid development of the technology and the Interdependency of the nations of the world growing increasingly politically, militarily, and economically, problems which appear at present, become far more complex. As a result, more excellent persons should be gathered to solve them. So the development of a global university is very necessary to be supported by all nations.

In the first place, to found a good global university, can gather the most excellent persons in the word. A global university means that the education there is global level and the best in the world. The sholars who can enter the global university, must have actual ability, smart brains and comprehensive knowledge. In other words, they are the best group in the world. As the most  excellent individuals, they will have more strength and wisdom than the others. Only they are probably able to solve the persistent social problems. And with the backgroud of multiculture and rich knowledge in various fields, they will study the problems more comprehensively. Additionally, living in the global university, also offers a better environment for them to discuss problems and  produce better solutions.

Futhermore, to solve the world's most persistent social problems, each nation should perform its own obligation. The world's problems belong to every one. As we live in the same world, we should try our best to help solve the world's problems. Athough these problems may have not bothered us obviously, they will certainly affected us some day. Recently, the phenomenon--global warmth, becomes more and more serious. In some nations in low latitude on the earth, it is really severe, while in others it may be not. But the problem cannot only solved by some special nations, every nation should join in to solve it since the causal of that phenomenon has something to with all of them. Effective solutions should be made out and adopted by all nations.

However, everything has two sides. We should see the bad effect of this act. Will persons with great abilities gathered from various nations, easily get the agreement when the problems concerns to the interest of their homelands and will the final sollution be truly the best way not aiming for some special nations' interests? No matter where a person is, he is more likely to serve for his homeland, especially when meeting the problems concerning to the behalf of his nation. We cannot ensure that the global university will gather individuals from every nation, and also it is impossible to make the amount of persons from each nations are balanced. In this case, when trying to solve the problems concerning to the interests of some nations,  the final sollution are probable incline to be good for some nations, but not for the world.

Additionally, conflicts between individuals from different countries will enevitable happen. With different culture and habit, there will appear many misunderstanding between students in the global university. And the obstacle of language, will also block the communication between them. Student who has few compatriots may feel lonely and helpless. And subquently more problems relevant to that may also come out.

To sum up, a global university is very necessary. For we are facing more and more complex problems, there must be some groups with great abilities to solve them. Meanwhile we should also try to solve the problems that a global university brings and try to build a consummate one with little bad effect. I believe a finer global university will bring more benefit and development to the world.
