During the development  of society due to the increasing level of technology and people's general  characteristics ,how to deal with the number of buildings has come to us .In general ,I concedes the certain importance of some history buildings, however ,further scrutiny would tell us that country would indispensably develop and the key is how to maintain the balance between the history and the past.

At the first glance, I would concede the necessity of country developments and the changeability and the improvements would indispensable.  As we all ,know the large population has become a serious problem, even some measures  being taken which has already caused many social problems ,and the  situations of housing is a most valuable  urgency .At the same time ,the nature sources is limited and shortening gradually including the lands, almost impossible to  satisfy  the convenience and the requirements of most people .To solve such similar problems, maybe the old buildings give away to modern building is necessary. Besides ,nowadays versatile developments enable us to use the old buildings as a treasure to benefit our country. For example ,making proper changeability on some buildings and then opening  to all visitors is a common way to develop with on the base of old buildings. Consider, Summer Palace, the famous interest of China ,attract thousands of people from all over the world and increase local tax revenue temporarily. And, sometimes if the condition of buildings is not bad ,some improvements may  permit  people living  in ,soothing some housing urgency.

However ,we have to concede the importance of old buildings and preserve them properly  .History always leave some valuable relics and remains to us, which would not only benefit for scientist and historians to make some study ,understanding the  way people lived in the past and their customs as well as cultures ,to analyzing people's behaviors  in nowadays .For instances ,just like that people in the past have already honor for respecting the old and then we could infer such behavior in nowadays is a historical transition, we can infer the  structure characteristics though history. We can see great and precious value of academics .Besides,  history always tell us some lessons in the style of relics  .For example ,in China Yuan Ming Yuan ,which has ever been a prosperous place for empire, was destroyed by intruders and fired up ,which is an events full of ashamedness and should never forget .Preserve such place would recall us not to forget the past and should make efforts to thrive for the future of our country.

Another problem with my chief point is that we should grasp the standard of  moderation during the developments of changeability of a country ,treating the old buildings and the modern plan objectively and promisingly. Some phenomenon have showed in society that some countries destroyed a lot of old buildings in order to constructing ,no matter how important it would be. Also some countries overstate on the protection of old buildings and preserve  a lot of old buildings in paying off the limitation of housing problem. Both situation would be too extreme ,instead ,we should consider the developments and the preservation at the same time, and try our best to make  balance between them .

In sum ,I concede the importance of old buildings playing during the society ,but the society need to sacrifice some old buildings to develop into modern countries. That means we need to form a ideas of moderation during the developments and preservations, not destroying the benefits of people ,also not sacrifice the value of history.

你这一段是说城市发展牺牲古建筑是必须的吧?个人觉得括号里面在说历史文物的价值，在保护，放在这段不太合适。
土地资源紧缺－－>住房紧张，你的提纲也是在说土地紧缺，住房紧张，文中的的顺序相反。另外，住房怎样紧缺，不妨举个更详细的例子。

Both situations would be too extreme（副词） ,instead ,we should consider the developments and the preservation at the same time, and try our best to make  balance between them .
