How to maintain the stability of our society? Some one recommends that to obey just law and what is more, to disobey and resist unjust laws is quite a useful way. However in my opinion, in the recent years laws systems become more and more suitable, accelerating to modify unjust laws to ultimately make all laws more just would be a better way than disobey and resist them.

Admittedly, there really myriads of unjust laws exist from ancient time until even this century. Just when Babylon began and the hanmolaby(汗莫拉比法典怎么写啊？？) laws systems firstly appeared, unjust laws were abundant as well as just laws. I think everybody would be quite familiar with the Saint Valentine’s Day, when lovers get together to celebrate their own festival, hoping their love go forever. But do you know how this festival came out. Just by resist the unjust law. Thanks to the Saint Valentine, who broke the imperial law which forbid lovers from getting married but force young men to the war fields, helping hundreds of couples married and escape from the evil war, lovers now more cherish their love and have a day every year to commemorate it. What is more, let us turn our eyes to the events of last centuries. Several actions of resisting the unjust laws that depreciate the esteem of the Blacks and deprive their equal civil rights as the White broke out by the leadership of Martin Luther King. Reminded of it, words "I have a dream" soon come to my ears. Without Martin Luther King and his fellows effort to disobey and resist this unjust law, maybe it will be many years for the Blacks to receive the same education, seat on the middle of the bus, enjoy a happy life as the Whites.

Since the action of disobey the unjust laws seems to be most efficient to achieve democracy and the social stability, dose it reasonable to behave the same when encountering unjust laws? Maybe it is a too complex issue to deal with by so simple method. Every coin has to sides. Just as the revolution, the resist of unjust laws will eliminate the unequal part of our laws and then improve the well-beings of human in the one hand, while we should not ignore the sides-effect on the other hand. Economics would be impaired due to the violate action, peoples stop working but take arms to resist the unjust law may cause the life difficult to sustain, many innocent victims will be hurt in the resistance and the most severely, reactionary may seize the opportunity to turn over the sovereignty, leaving the society in the state of chaos and panic.
Sometimes the harmful byproduct may outweigh the benefit brought by disobey the unjust laws, can you still insist that it is a wise choice to resist unjust laws?

What is more, everybody has distinctive criterion to estimate laws. Certain laws seem plausible with respect to somebody would regarded unjust in the eyes of others. If everybody disobeys whatever unjust laws by his own judgement, the law systems will fall down to confusion. Laws would lose their meaning to regulate and sometimes limit citizens' behaviors for that people can act by the order of their own mind, resisting the law which they think harmful to them. If it is the case, there is no need for designing laws. Do you think it will do good to our society?

Facing this dilemma, people may be confused: how should they behave with regard to the unjust laws? Either passively accept them or positively go against them appears too extremes. As responsible citizens, I think we had better provide suggestions to the legislators immediately encounter to some unfair laws, hoping legislators would adapt it to a more proper state and at last, accelerate the speed of democratic process and ultimately improve the welfare of people.

Therefore, I want to modify the topic on my view: There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to readily obey just laws, bolster them as well as prevent others to break it, and even more importantly, to give amendatory recommendation of the unjust laws to the legislators, and improve our law systems.
